submitted by Tisa &. - |Recommended: YesWe’ve been a residents at South Beach by Logan for over a year and recently renewed our lease—this community truly stands out. Charles and Randy in maintenance are always quick, efficient, and professional. There’s also a team member who is constantly power washing and keeping the grounds spotless—his dedication does not go unnoticed. When we first moved in, Melvin made our move-in experience smooth and enjoyable. Marcia, the Manager, is consistently kind, professional, and attentive. The team goes above and beyond to maintain the property—it honestly feels like I’m getting HOA-level care with how well the grounds, pool, clubhouse, and gym are kept. SB host fun resident events and have food trucks from time to time. Maintenance is always friendly and approachable while our management team keeps the community peaceful. Parking is easy guest parking is always available. This location in Summerlin is incredibly convenient. This is truly an awesome community—“I highly recommend it ”

Charles doesn’t just fix' things he identifies the root cause of an issue to ensure it doesn’t happen again. He has a broad technical skillset—from HVAC and plumbing to electrical work—and handles every task with incredible attention to detail. Beyond his technical ability, Charles is remarkably dependable and always maintains a positive, can-do' attitude, even during high-pressure repairs. I thank him for being such a professional.

submitted by Renee - |Recommended: NoThe maintenance people are amazing, but the pool area has been closed for construction since September which means we don't have access to the pool, jacuzzi, firepit or Big Tv screen. If you don't mind living in a place with no amenities I would recommend as the apt itself is great.

submitted by Dawn - |Recommended: YesCharles deserves a shout out There was a U-Haul truck parked in the middle of the road that prevented me from getting out to leave for work. I sat there for 15 minutes waiting for someone to come out but no one did. Charles drove by and I asked if he had security’s number. Although he didn’t, he went to the nearby buildings to see if someone was moving in or out, and when he couldn’t find anyone he offered to help get my car through the space. Because of Charles, I was able to head to work rather than be trapped until the office opened or the people moving came out. Thank you Charles On another note though, it’s extremely difficult to find security’s number. I still can’t locate it. While I understand people have to be able to move in and out, there should be an accessible contact for situations like this where people are blocked in for whatever reason before or after office hours. Maintenance number’s goes straight to voicemail, even for emergencies.

I rarely need staff as everything typically runs smoothly in my unit but the few instances I have they are quick to respond and always super friendly. Charles helped me out big time and was super kind to get my garbage disposal fixed as fast as possible. Though it wasn’t urgent, he still prioritized getting it done. I have lived here 3 years and really appreciate all the changes they’ve made to the community. From staff to residents, everybody is chill.
